Where to Launch Your Boat on The North Shore
LAKE SUPERIOR'S NORTH SHORE PUBLIC ACCESS & Boat Landings
As for Lake Superior boat access, Lake County offers four public areas where you can launch your boat. Along Highway 61, you’ll find several options to explore the North Shore from the water’s edge from the Knife River Marina to the Silver Bay Marina.
Additionally, the Two Harbors Boat Launch in Agate Bay offers ample parking and an excellent area to put your boat in.

In addition to boating on Lake Superior, Lake County’s many inland lakes account for nearly 30 public boat landings for trailered boats. These northern Minnesota lakes offer natural beauty, clean water, and recreational boating.
