Fishing Lake Superior
You couldn’t start a list of the best places to fish without mentioning Lake Superior. As the largest body of freshwater in the WORLD, it possesses 30,000 miles of surface area and a maximum depth of 1,335 ft. There are many different water access areas along Highway 61. Lake Superior has various fish species: Walleye, Salmon, Lake Trout, Whitefish, and more.
