The Baptism River may appear steady over time, but just like any individual, it is constantly changing. It continues to shape its surrounding terrain while adapting to its environment. During this 2-hour guided hike, you’ll observe the Baptism River’s long-term and short-term evolution.
The walk will be about 1.5 mile long and include some wooden stairs. We will meet at the indoor fireplace in the Visitor Center, and bring insect repellant.
