You may think you have to book a flight to the tropics to find wild orchids, but Minnesota is actually home to 43 native species of orchid, including our state flower, the Showy Lady’s Slipper! Drop by the visitor center theater anytime between 1- 3 pm to learn all about Lady’s Slippers and create your own pipe cleaner replica of these exquisite flowers.
