There will be plenty of activities and events that the whole family can enjoy! The Bay Days Committee is excited about our event this summer. We plan to ‘PARTY IN THE USA’ during Bay Days! If you are alumni, we hope to see you there! We love having our former classmates and good friends return to this community to reminisce, have fun, and make new memories!

There will be something for everyone from the parade, car show, street dance, and numerous activities in between!

STREET DANCE

Bay Days are excited to announce that RHINO will be our headlining band on Saturday, July 8, in downtown Silver Bay.
NATHAN HANSEN will open for RHINO.

RHINO, a four-member, high-energy Twin Cities band, will play an array of modern, alternative, 80’s,
and classic rock, with twists of country and other surprises splashed in. The show is nonstop entertainment
and fun, sure to make you get up and dance or sit back and enjoy.

11 AM – 5 PM | BAY DAYS BOOTH
There will be an informational booth at the City Hall venue. Raffle tickets are available here.

2 PM | MARINER GOLF SCRAMBLE
Alum + Friends are welcome to golf this scramble at the Silver Bay Golf Course. Find more details here.

2PM – 5PM | NORTH SHORE AREA PARTNERS COOKOUT, FACE PAINTING + SILENT AUCTION SNEAK PEAK
North Shore Area Partners will host a cookout while you can check out the Silent Auction items in advance at their offices in the Shopping Center (36 Shopping Center Drive). Face painting for kids on-site during this time as well!

6 PM | PARADE
‘Party in the USA’ is the theme of this year’s event! Watch as the floats show how to do just that as they kick off the weekend. You can find more information about the parade route here.

7PM – 10PM | KIDS GAMES + ACTIVITIES *
Bounce houses, games, face painting, + more are on tap for families at the City Hall venue.
* Bounce houses + face painting are free. Bungee Trampoline Jump will have a charge.

7 PM – 10 PM | LIVE MUSIC – JUNK FM
Junk FM will be playing at the City Hall venue. No charge! Dancing shoes are required (kidding, not kidding).

DUSK | FIREWORKS
There will be fireworks lit off over the City Hall venue at dusk. It’s always a great show. Don’t miss it!

Support the Silver Bay Fire Department at the pancake breakfast at Potter Hall.

8 AM – 9 AM | LAKE EFFECT YOGA
An early morning Yoga session with Stacy Nightwine will be held on the field at the City Hall Venue.

9 AM | BAY TO BAY RUN

9AM | GOLF SCRAMBLE
Zups Family Golf Scramble at the Silver Bay Golf Course. Register by calling the Silver Bay Golf Course at 218.226.3111.

9 AM – 430PM | SCOTTISH HIGHLAND GAMES
Contests of traditional Scottish Heavy Events, such as Stones of Strength, Heavy Weight for Distance, Scottish Hammers, Caber Toss (Telephone Pole Throw), and Sheaf Toss for Height. Spectators can participate in the Keg for Height at 3:45 PM. The event will be held in the field near Davis Drive.

9 AM – 3 PM | NORTH SHORE AREA PARTNERS FUNDRAISER
North Shore Area Partners Silent Auction held at their office in the Shopping Center.

9 AM – 3 PM | BOOK SALE
Book sale at the Silver Bay Public Library. Friends of the Silver Bay Library host it.

10AM | MAGIC SHOW
Paul Deaner will dazzle you during his magic show, sure to entertain the whole family. It will be held on the stage at the City Hall Venue.

11 AM – 2 PM | NORTH SHORE AREA PARTNERS BINGO
North Shore Area Partners Bingo held at their office in the Shopping Center.

Bean Bag Tournament sponsored by the Silver Bay Fire Department. Sign up to participate at the Silver Bay Municipal Lounge. Have to pay at the time of sign-up.

8 PM – 9:30 PM | STREET DANCE – NATHAN HANSEN
Nathan Hansen will open for RHINO on the big stage at the City Hall venue. Nathan is a country artist based in Rochester, Minnesota. He is passionate about entertaining and keeping folks dancing with the best country music of yesterday and today and some originals. Whether playing with a full band or solo acoustic, he guarantees a great time for everyone!

10 PM – 1 AM | STREET DANCE – RHINO

There will be a lighted boats display at the Silver Bay Marina.

The 2023 Bay Days Raffle Drawing will be held at the Bay Days Booth at the City Hall venue. You need not be present to win.
