Spring

FEEL the RUSH

Behold the raging roar of the North Shore during the spring snowmelt as the waterfalls of our many rivers – the Baptism, Gooseberry, Split Rock, Caribou, Manitou and Beaver crash and plunge toward Lake Superior.

Cast a line where the rivers meet the lake. Get outdoors to explore before the bugs and ticks have a chance to. And head indoors to sip a relaxing beverage, delight in small town charms and find a keepsake. (Hint: It’s maple syrup season.)

Do nothing but sit and watch waves crash. Staring at that endless big lake horizon, any time of year, is good for the soul.
