Twin Points Protected Access boat launch was constructed in 2002 and sits midway between Two Harbors and Silver Bay. It was developed on an old resort site, and the facility was completed after considerable cleanup and site preparation. Immediately adjacent to the site is Iona’s Beach Scientific and Natural Area.
