Baptism River Barbecue offers a true Northwoods barbecue experience showcasing smoked meats and sides featuring locally sourced produce, animals, and hardwoods grown along Lake Superior’s North Shore. They wood-fire smoke all their meats on a custom built offset smoker with locally sourced birch and maple from the boreal hardwood forest native to this special part of the world. They are a mobile business with a rotating schedule and are open most every Friday, Saturday, Sunday throughout the summer. You can check their calendar to find where they’re posting up each weekend!
